Rhythm Reset — Booking Terms & Conditions

Rhythm Reset classes are designed to provide a welcoming, supportive and beginner-friendly dance fitness experience for adults.

  1. Six-Week Block Booking
A six-week block costs £60 and reserves your place for all six classes in that block.
The reduced block-booking price reflects your commitment to the full six weeks and allows me to secure the studio and plan classes in advance.
If you are unable to attend one or more of the classes during your booked block, the missed class is not refundable and cannot normally be carried over to another block.
This is because your place has been reserved for you and studio hire and other class costs have already been committed.
  2. Drop-In Classes
Individual classes may be booked for £12 per class, subject to availability.
Drop-in places should be booked and paid for in advance. A place cannot be guaranteed without payment.
If you cannot attend a drop-in class, please let me know as soon as possible. A missed class does not normally qualify for a refund or credit. If you cancel before the class, I will take reasonable steps to offer your place to another participant. Any amount retained will reflect the loss caused by the cancellation, taking account of a replacement booking. A transfer or credit may be offered in exceptional circumstances. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  3. If You Cannot Attend
Please let me know as soon as possible if you cannot attend.
A missed class within a six-week block does not normally qualify for a refund, replacement class or credit.
In exceptional circumstances, Rhythm Reset may offer a transfer or credit at its discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  4. Cancelling a Six-Week Booking
If you decide that you cannot attend the six-week block before it begins, please contact me as soon as possible.
Any refund will take account of costs already committed and whether your place can reasonably be offered to another participant.
Once the block has begun, refunds are not normally available simply because you are unable to attend some or all of the remaining sessions.
  5. If Rhythm Reset Cancels a Class
If I have to cancel a class, you will be offered either a replacement class, a credit towards a future class, or an appropriate refund.
If an entire six-week block is cancelled by Rhythm Reset, affected customers will receive a refund or may choose to transfer their payment to a future block.
  6. Minimum Class Numbers
Classes may require a minimum number of bookings to go ahead. If a block or individual class has to be cancelled because minimum numbers are not reached, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your payment to another class.
  7. Health and Participation
Rhythm Reset is a dance fitness class and involves physical activity. Please work at a level appropriate for you and let the instructor know before class if you have an injury or other condition that may affect your participation.
If you are unsure whether this type of exercise is suitable for you, you should seek appropriate medical advice before taking part.
  8. Adults Only
Rhythm Reset classes are currently intended for participants aged 18 and over.
  9. Respectful Environment
Rhythm Reset aims to provide a safe, inclusive and supportive environment. Discriminatory, abusive, threatening or deliberately disruptive behaviour towards other participants, instructors or venue staff will not be accepted.
  10. Changes
Occasionally, circumstances outside my control may require a change of instructor, studio, class time or other practical arrangements. I will give participants as much notice as reasonably possible where this happens.
By booking a Rhythm Reset class or six-week block, you confirm that you have read and accepted these booking terms.
